William J. Kephart is an experienced, respected criminal defense attorney well versed in all types of criminal cases and has handled many high profile cases throughout Long Island and NYC. As a former prosecutor, he is familiar with how criminal cases are constructed and prosecuted and is able to effectively defend you against all types of charges.

Mr. Kephart graduated from The Delaware School of Law at Widener University in Wilmington, DE in 1995. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD in 1992 where he was a four-year varsity football player. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. He currently resides in Nassau County with his wife and three children and has been a resident of Long Island for the past 24 years.
